Our partnerships with cities and other public sector clients enable us to give back to society through various initiatives aimed at engaging and empowering local communities.

 2: Empowering Women and Minority-Owned Businesses In KSA, many public and private sector clients mandate a certain percentage of construction contracts to be awarded to women- or minority-owned businesses. To support this goal, we launched the Construction Management Building Blocks Training Program (CMBB) in 2016. The program fosters partnerships, provides training and knowledge-sharing forums, and offers assistance to small companies to help them grow and succeed. Our long-standing engagement with small and diverse KSA businesses has helped to promote inclusivity and diversity in the construction industry.
