Our Origin Story: In 2010, we began our journey in the bustling city of Riyadh as a concrete and block manufacturer. This was a fitting beginning, as it laid the foundation for everything we have built since then. Our driving force has been twofold: innovation and creating structures that benefit people and society. A key moment in our company’s history has been marked by two significant milestones. In 2008, we partnered with Al Turais Construction and Development Company, along with all of its assets and ongoing projects. In 2009, Jal Conceptual Development Company was founded by Tariq Al Saadi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
